Salary: $100,000 - $118,000 yearly

The Executive Director is a full-time senior role responsible for the overall leadership, financial health, operational excellence, program quality, and institutional integrity of the Chicago site. This leader will steward the organization through a period of consolidation and strengthening, while positioning Chicago for disciplined growth and long-term sustainability.

This role requires a leader who brings demonstrated excellence in financial management, operational rigor, and institutional stewardship, alongside strong program oversight and the ability to advance mission through strategy, partnerships, and external engagement. This role will also work in close partnership with the Global CEO and global functional leaders to ensure alignment, accountability, and shared learning across the ConTextos network.
